Meet Caroline
Caroline Grace Zadina, LCSW
Hello and welcome to Common Ground!
My name is Caroline, and I am a clinical and sport performance therapist. I believe that the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship, yet the one most frequently overlooked. So, that’s where we start. It’s about discovering what makes you uniquely & uncommonly you…
I work across a broad range of professional athletes and performers. My athlete clients span the WTA, MLS, WSL, WNBA, and PGA tours. I also work with elite college and high school athletes.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the University of Chicago, and an IOC (International Olympic Committee) certified Mental Health Practitioner in Sport.
At my core, I am an athlete, formerly playing college soccer at DePauw University, and post-college internationally for Bradford City.
Now, I run marathons and spend every free minute watching my athlete-clients perform (which I LOVE).
